Still Life and Flowers
Steffa Reis’ love of nature inspired her interest in the beauty of flora, and the structure and form of living things. This found its expression in the painting of flowers. At times, they are the sole subject of a work, while at others, they are part of a still-life composition. She has created these works in a variety of styles, ranging from the figurative-realistic, through the schematic, to the almost abstract.
